Laser Lipo

Imagine the results of liposuction without the surgery...

How it works -  the overview
The Lapex BCS is set to revolutionise the aesthetic market as it achieves the most fantastic results in removing unwanted fatty deposits and Cellulite.

The procedure is designed to reduce the levels of unwanted fat using the Lapex Body Contouring System (BCS).  The Laser Lipo works by focusing the cold red laser which permeates to the fat cells and triggers the cell membrane to break and release the fat from the cells.  The liquified fat is drained through the lymphatic system which is safe, pain-free and non-invasive.  Laser Lipo treatments will help create a new improved look without any pain or discomfort, there is no need for either local or general anaesthetics.

The standard treatment protocol is 2 weekly, 30 minute treatments for 4-6 weeks but results can be seen INSTANTLY after just one treatment.  Male and female clients have found that those hard to reduce trouble spots, such as love handles, saddlebags, stomach, baby bulge, face, hips, thighs, back fat, bingo wings, double chins, skin tightening and CELLULITE can be treated quite significantly within just a few treatments.

Medical Endorsements

Although the Lapex BCS does not require a doctor or surgeon to be involved in treatments, Laser Lipo have felt that it is important to secure the opinions of top cosmetic specialists.  Mr Brent tanner says " Laser Lipolysis, using the Lapex BCS System has the same effect as the chemicals in traditional injection lypolysis, on causing disruption of the cell wall and allowing the fatty acids to be released in to the lymph and removed from the body by the venous system and the liver.  The downtime is negligible.  I am very impressed with the few cases I have seen using this technique and will certainly treat more patients in this way

Mr Brent Tanner has worked as a Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon since 1984. First and foremost, his work has been at the Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead, where he was Director of the Burns Unit. The Queen Victoria Hospital was developed during the Second World War to treat the horrific burns of pilots shot down by enemy fire and has become renowned throughout the word for its excellent plastic surgery unit.

FAQs

How does the Laser Lipo work?

The Laser Lipo works by focusing the cold red laser which permeates to the fat cells and triggers the cell membrane to break and release the fat from cells.  The liquefied fat is drained through the lymphatci system.  the Laser Lipo is safe, painless and completely non-invasive.

Where does the fat go?

Laser Lipo treatments result in the liquefaction of fats, the liquefied fat is then drained through lymph drainage.  The effectiveness of fat drainage during and after treatment is dependant on proper functioning of the lymphatic system, which is responsible for removing wastes from the body.

What happens after each treatment?

One can resume normal activities immediately as the Laser Lipo is completely non-invasive with no down time whatsoever.  After the Laser Lipo treatment it is encouraged that you do some sort of cardio type activity to move things along ie. use a whole body vibration machine, jumping on a mini trampoline, Stairmaster, treadmill or brisk walk.

What results can one expect from the Laser Lipo treatment?

Male and female clients have found that those hard to reduce trouble spots, such as love handles, tummy bulge and saddlebags can be treated quite significantly within just a few treatments.

How many treatments are needed?

The standard treatment protocol is 2 weekly, 30 minute treatments for 4-6 weeks.  Maintenance treatments can be performed monthly after the full treatments have been completed or as determined by the client's needs and clinical technician expertise.

Treatment Guide
Following your FREE consultation and the completion of a medical questionnaire, the targeted fatty area will then be accurately measured. Once this procedure has been completed, the treatment will follow the protocol listed below:

1. You will have two large Diode Laser paddles placed on the targeted fatty areas and secured with straps.

2. Then two smaller Probe Lasers will be placed over the appropriate lymphatic glands and held in place.

3. The Laser Lipo BCS will then be switched on for 10 minutes, re-located and turned on for another 10 minutes, this will be repeated one more time.

4. The treated area will now be re-measured to assess the  inch-loss achieved. You can expect to see a reduction of between 0.5 and 3 inches.(1.25 and 8cm’s).

5. In order to increase the body’s ability to remove the Triglycerides (the broken down fat cells), it is necessary to assist this natural process by increasing the metabolic rate. This can be achieved in a number of ways but they all involve some form of exercise. We recommend the use of a vibration plate machine for about 10 minutes.
